Previously we have posted How to Type Rupee Symbol in MS Word? & How to Display INR Symbol on a Webpage?. Now we will see How to Install Rupee Font in Linux?
For Linux Users:
1. Download the new Rupee font “Rupee Fonts Standard”.
2. Open the Terminal Window and Type the command “xmodmap -e “keycode 49 = U20b9 grave”
3. You can now click on the grave accent key (`) to get the Rupee Symbol.
Be proud to be Indian :)
