  3. This is the problem. If Services are launched they are way too costly. The plan of 21.1 MBPS should not cost more than 1000 INR and why limit of 15 GB?

I have purchased 3G internet device about 15 days ago. The speed is very slow, even very very less than a 2G connection. I was using BSNL EVDO 2G connection and averted to DOCOMO 3G device for more speed. But I am very disappointed. May be it's because of teething trouble, because the service has been launched recently, but their Customer Service is very hopeless.

If someone is thinking to purchase DOCOMO 3G device and service, I advise him to avoid it till the company improves its quality.
