Outlook Express is an email service and also a news client that will allow you to communicate with people, as well as share valuable information or news within your groups. However, It was superseded by Windows Mail in Microsoft Vista and Windows Live Mail in Windows 7.
Outlook Express enables you to map or add new POP3 and IMAP accounts to your existing profiles. If you want to add Rediffmail PRO as an email account to your Outlook Express profile, only thing you need is to configure the incoming and outgoing mail server settings so that you are able to send/receive Rediffmail PRO emails.
How to Configure Outlook Express for Rediffmail?
- Open Outlook Express Application
- Goto Tools > Accounts > Select "Mail" Tab > Click "Add" > Click "Mail" on the "Add Menu"
- Type your name in the namebox and click "Next".
- Type your Rediffmail PRO email address in the Email Address box option.
- Select "POP3" and type the following
- Type your RediffmailPRO address in the "Accounts name" window and Password. Click "Remember Password" if you like Outlook Express to save your password.
- Click "Next" and then "Finish" to complete the Rediffmail Outlook Setup.
