Apple Inc., after the success of it's iPhone 4G is now working on the development of a less expensive version of iPhone which might be half the size of popular iPhone 4G.
The Wall Street Journal recently stated that "Apple is working on the first of a new line of less-expensive iPhones, while simultaneously undertaking an overhaul of applications for the devices, to accelerate sales of its smart phones amid growing competition."

The new iPhone with code name of N97 is supposed to be made lighter and half the size of the original iPhone. As the size decreases, also the price is going to be lesser than the current price. Currently with subsidies from the Mobile carriers, any one can buy iPhone for $199 with a contract period of 2 Years though it actually costs $625 if you bought it directly from Apple.
So similarly, we can expect the smaller iPhone with a price tag of around $99 to $120.

wow. thats really good :) Iphone 4 will be then in range of my pocket money .. thanks to Apple (Y)
