Taking Screenshot on Samsung Galaxy Tab is pretty simple compared to other Android devices. You don't require to install any third party application to perform this task.
Simply press "power" and "back" buttons simultaneously and you'll hear a photo capturing sound alerting you. Now goto "ScreenCapture" folder on the microSD card of your Galaxy Tab where you can see the saved snapshots.
