We previously posted a news about Google Voice which allows you to make free calls to USA. However, for some reasons many find it difficult to make calls using Google Voice. So, here is an application (software) that will let you make calls to USA for free of cost.
Whistle is a free service, when registered, will provide you with a personal USA number with which you can actually make free calls.
- Download Whistle iPhone App (from app store) or Windows app (from their official website).
- Install it on your iPhone and create an account.
- While registering, you'll be given an option to select your preferred USA Code (area code). Don't worry if you're not sure which code to select as the system will automatically select a number for you if required.
- You'll then get a Verification mail to the email you provided while registering.
- Once verified, you'll be able to make free calls to U.S.A.
Whistle application is available in two variants, iPhone Version as well as Windows version. So, you can also install the software on your system instead of iPhone and make free calls.
