Paypal is the most popular way to send and receive payments online. However, Paypal levies transfer charges at different rates depending on your location. To know the exact fees you need to pay for receiving an amount from others, simply go to Paypal Fee Calculator which was created by Ryan Olbe. This tool lets you know how much you'll be charged for your transactions.
Suppose, if you are transferring or receiving an amount (let's say $200), then you need to pay a transaction fee @ 2.9% + $0.30 of total transaction. That would be $6.28 in this case.

Note that if the payment is from overseas, then the rates defer (3.9% + $0.30 of total transaction)
