Use Windows XP Virtual Machine to Access XP from Windows 7

Windows XP is the most used operating system until Windows 7 arrived. However, there are many people who still use Windows XP.

There are few situations where the old version softwares which were designed to work in Windows XP will not work in Windows 7 operating system. In order to overcome this problem, Microsoft has provided the Windows XP Virtual Machine which lets you run Windows XP from within Windows 7 interface.

To install this, you'll need to have a processor that supports virtualization on your system (Check your Configuration). After you've made necessary changes to your BIOS, download the Win XP Virtual Machine Software (500MB) and Install it. The process is pretty simple (step by step).

Note: The XP Virtual machine software can only be installed on Windows 7 Professional and Ultimate editions.
