Most of Us Don't Know,How to remove Recycle Bin From Desktop?.I searched the net and found a Solution.Here it is.
If you don't use the Recycle Bin to store deleted files , you can get rid of its desktop icon all together.
- Goto->Run-> Type Regedit
- Now You have to go to the following in that window.
- HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SOFTWARE/Microsoft/Windows/CurrentVersion/explorer/Desktop/NameSpace
- Click on the "Recycle Bin" string in the right hand pane. Click Del, click OK.
You have option in Windows Vista and Windows 7 to choose the icons that needs to be displayed on desktop.

This is lot more safer than editing registry..
