Keep Your Headphone Wires From Getting Tangled

Headphone cables get tangled every now and then and I'm sure most of you might be facing the same issue. So here is a little trick that I follow to keep my headphone wires from getting tangled into knots.

Headphones/Earphones Tangling Problem

How to Avoid Earphones from Getting Tangled? [Devil Horns Method]

  1. Make devil horns with your right hand i.e., 2nd and 5th fingers extended, 3rd and 4th fingers tucked.

  2. Use your thumb as a holder to hold the earbuds against your palm.

  3. Now, wrap the complete headphone's cable around your 2nd and 5th fingers until the last 6 to 8 inches as you'll have to wrap the remaining cable around the center of the rolled cable. This criss-crossing prevents the cable from knotting.

  4. Insert or tuck the remaining cable through one of the loops to tighten the roll.
